I use meat madness often mostly on chicken and pork chops. Gives a great flavor and tenderness.

This is our second purchase of this spice. We LOVE it! We use it on all of our meats, but we love it on grilled chicken the most. Meat hasn't been the same since we ran out the first time. We don't intend on running out again! It's our absolute fave.

Meat madness more than meets the eye.

I used it on pork chops as a rub. I then cooked the pork chops in a skillet with olive oil. They came out very good. I'm looking forward to trying it on my next steak as I have not tried it on beef yet.
