Para Rubber XL Yoga Mat

The best mat I’ve ever used.

The mat is nice and sticky- my stances feel so much more secure. My old mat would shift its position on the floor, this one stays securely in place. It’s cushy, I no longer have to use extra padding under my wonky knee. The one con is that the XL size is quite heavy. I’m getting used to it but if you need to schlep your mat long distances on the way to class, you might find it cumbersome.
