Great Yoga Mat

The travel yoga mat is great for taking to classes - lightweight and very grippy. I put it over the old yoga mat provided at my classes and that gives me a bit more cushioning. I never did this before and the lovely colours on my new mat give me the sense of being in my own practice space - which is a nice feeling to have in a busy class.
