Liforme Blossoming Lotus Yoga Mat

Love this mat!

replaced my old cheap mat and I read the reviews on these mats and they looked sturdy and they looked like they would not slip and that is all definitely true. They come with a case too and that makes a difference when I travel with it. It is a little heavier than the other mat but I don’t mind the pound extra in carrying it. I recommend this 100 percent.

Disappointed

I am a yoga teacher and have had a Manduka mat for a few years. I thought I would try a Lifeforme mat as a couple of my students were really happy and said the grip was great. I purchased the black mat (which I thought was dark grey) with pink lotus flower and I’m really disappointed in it. I notice every single piece of dust/hair and although the grip is great I just feel like it attracts dust so when I place my hands or feet on the mat it has a gritty feel. I feel unclean practising yoga despite cleaning the mat and the floor after each session. I’m now looking for something else to replace this mat.

The mat I was looking for

What drew me to the Lifeform mat is the “stickiness”. There is no slipping and sliding on this mat. The design is intentional, helping with alignment and making this mat great for beginners. I’ve been practicing yoga for many years and as I get older, I’m liking the stability of the stickiness (and making this mat great for older yogis). They are very beautiful as well.
