Almost didn’t buy because a couple of reviewers said hair and dirt stuck to their mats. This is NOT a problem. LOVE this mat and it has the perfect amount of stickiness for a great yoga practice!

This mat has great traction!!

This mat has great traction, very useful for hot yoga!!. It’s light weight too. I can just roll it up and fit it in my bag. It’s a bit narrow but that’s convenient for my crowded classes. Really helps sustain a grip for the back foot in warrior poses, Trikonasana and side angle.

amazing mat! ordered it for my boyfriend and he loves. great grippy texture and still fairly lightweight. and the extra long one is perfect for him, as he is just at 6 ft tall
