I love the mat. The alignments really have helped me stay motivated and confident while working out. The grip is on point. I sweat a ton during my workouts and the grip is still strong. I bought the color terracotta, it is beautiful.

Not slipping anymore, feels professional

I’m a teacher using this mat in very hot rooms (up to 125 F) at least 7 times a week. I practice/teach 15+ times a week with this mat total between heated and unheated. It’s been going really well so far. Not slipping at all unless things get really drenched and over saturated (has only happened once bc some water spilled on my mat during practice). I feel confident moving into more difficult poses because I feel greater support here. There is a slight stretch to the mat especially in the heated room which can sometimes be a little distracting, but is no big deal. I am wearing it in pretty fast, which is expected given what I am putting it through, but it’s holding up. I’m anticipating hopefully getting a year out of this mat, so we’ll see. Easy to clean and faaaaaarrrrrr easier to maintain than some other mats I’ve had. I like it a lot, it looks really professional as a teacher, and the alignment lines are pretty perfect as a bonus. I’ve had a few students decide to buy Liforme mats after I got mine and the alignment markings are particularly helpful for them. Happy I finally just spent the money - this is a great tool and worth it. Love the carrying case.
