From the moment I unpacked my Liforme mat, I was blown away. It was lovingly packaged and came in sturdy, well made yoga bag that has a handle and shoulder strap. The yoga mat itself is just the right thickness with just enough cushion and grip. I love the alignment & placement feature as well. Honestly, it's now my most favorite mat. The company cares about sustainability too which is another highlight. I'm customer for life:)

Fantastic mat.

I absolutely love this mat. I was really struggling with my hands slipping on previous mats. This mat is really grippy and this makes such a difference during practice. I strongly recommend. It is expensive so Im hoping to get many years of use out of this. But would absolutely buy again. I use for yoga and pilates.
