I bought the terminator tail peice once i got it home i relized i had the same one so i notified banjoben i received a reply from a guy named jake, he told me to go ahead and send it back and they would take care of the rest.a few days later i had my refund back in my bank.. great service and all the other things i have bought are great as well. A truly great tailpiece

Ive owned just about every type of tailpiece, and I'll say this Terminator model is the best I've had. Wide, strong, accepts ball-end or loop, but the best part was I noticed definite increase in sustain, ring, and overtones. Some players might not like that, butt I sure do! I prefer a fat, warm, sustaining sound, and I got a little more with this bridge. And thanks to Banjo Ben, I had it in my hand 2 days after I ordered it.
