The strings I ordered were purchased as a gift for someone. The receiver was very pleased with the gift.

Made a mistake

I've used medium gauge strings because they don't break when playing without reinforcement. (50+ years) Thought to use them on new Americana but learned Deering recommends only using light gauge on the Goodtimes Americana. I'll go with light gauge. I'll use these medium gauge on my old Recording King.
