Excellent piece of equipment.

This is very well made and constructed. I was skeptical, as I always am when spending my hard earned money, but I can assure you that this is fairly priced for what you get. The training is intense and can be modified to accommodate any level of fitness. The product seems indestructible unless you drive over it with a tank, in which case I think it still may survive. Get it.

Love this. My favorite is doing a bear walk using the wheel in the front. Stability and strength is the name of this game!

While a bit pricey as compared to the more standard ab wheel, the support that this gives your shoulders and back allows you to push your core much further. I still use the wheel primarily for a single motion, as I find the oblique motions to require support from other muscles that tend to fatigue before the obliques have reached their limit. For me, the knee pulls require balance that also makes the movement irrelevant with this piece of equipement. That said, there's nothing better for the one movement it does excel in.
