Very easy to determine what I needed to protect my freezer and refrigerator from brown-outs that already burned up 2 compressors. It only HAS to work for a few seconds during a brown-out. Getting an additional 16-22 hours of battery power is a huge bonus. Plus I can replenish it while on generator power if needed. Also provides clean power while on generator.

Works as advertised. Only problem I have is that is has Network issues often which requires me to power off the powerbank and then power it back on to resolve this issue with app connection

Save the ice cream

Woke up one morning and fridge was off and dead. Called customer service and they took me thru the settings screen, reset several things and it is working great. Actually lost electricity for 45 minutes last week, unit kicked in immediately and then switched back when electricity came back on! So far so good!
