I received my Anker solix c2000 gen 2 and it was slightly damaged during shipping. I did a test of everything and it seemed to be working fine but i was worried that it would have issues later on. I emailed Anker support on a holiday and they were quick to reply. After some discussion back and forth they sent me a return shipping label and sent me a replacement unit. I chose Anker because i read alot about their quality and customer service. I appreciate the fact that they stand by their products and deliver support with a sense of urgency. I plan to buy more anker products in the future. This experience only confirms i made a great choice. Thanks Anker!

Could be a great purchase
It's hard to review anything without putting it through a real test, so far I have fully charged the unit, every checks OK, it kept my frige going and my TV, and an ambient light, plus a PC, then I recharged it to about 80% and I put it away, I will check it once a month and hope that when that emergency occurs the unit will be ready to help, that is what I bought for. When I received it ,it was 50% charged. I charged it to 100%, and it did not take long. Looks very high quality and I like all the features, that is what I think, it could be a great purchase , only time will tell. My last gas generator that I had in my mountain ranch lasted for 25 years, just gas, maintenance and noise, now I moved to the city, and a gas generator is not nice for the neighbors, so I got my self an Anker.

lifesaver power source
Solid product, but there’s a learning curve if it’s your first time with solar. I can run my fridge, deep freezer, and fan — about 380 watts — for around eight hours before recharging. It accepts up to 1800 watts from a generator and 800 watts from solar.. which is actually a lot because it’s consistent. The only downsides are it shuts off if you go over its limit, and it resets if the generator bogs down or the charging input drops too fast. I live in a camper offgrid
