Anker SOLIX S2000 Portable Power Station

Impressed with the S2000!

Got pur new S2000 hooked up & ready to kick in to keep my wife’s Cpap machine & our electronics running the next time we have a power outage. No worries about if it will start or keeping gasoline in it & worrying about carbon monoxide fumes like with our generator. It is also whisper quiet & can be moved around easily if necessary.

Anker S2000 - beware, customer service

I hadn’t been for a little over two weeks since quit working they asked me to jump through hoop to make it work. The Customer Service on Anker so far has been extremely disappointing at this point. I’m thinking about not purchasing anymore because of how bad it’s been. They asked me to do firmware update which it had already been done to reset it unplug it plug it back in I kinda and it’s still not working. I asked them to send me out a new one. They said please provide me the information where you purchased it from which I purchased it from there it was registered from there so they should already have all that information Then hunted down my information sent the pictures of the order so far again very disappointing

My S2000 review

Opened the box and set this unit up. Charged it in just a little over two hours. Tested this unit by powering up my refrigerator under normal daily use and it powered the refrigerator for 28 hours
