New York Strip Disappointment

Grilled to perfection, quite rare, husband could chew through only half of his. I tried slicing mine paper thin to attempt to eat it. At the price, and the expectation, very disappointed with the product and would not reorder.

Poor communication

This was the second order I made. The first one was perfect. This time there was no expected arrival time or no word it had arrived. By the time the order was found, all the dry ice was gone. The meat was still cool and was refrozen. Will let you how it turns out
