Excellent, Versatile Red Wine Vinegar

My first sniff told me that this vinegar was special -it has a slightly sweet and floral aroma - and it tastes wonderful. With an acidity of 7% it marries well with a variety of olive oils from medium to full bodied to yield excellent vinaigrettes. It is also attractively priced. This one is a definite keeper.
