Katz Late Harvest Viognier Honey Vinegar

Like all Katz vinegars this is wonderful

This was my first purchase of this Katz variety and like all their vinegars it is an excellent one but a little more acid sharp than I expected given honey included. If I was in forced choice for reasons of budget or kitchen space between this one and their Late Harvest Sauvignon Vinegar, I would chose the SV.
