Spaghetti alla Chitarra di Gragnano IGP

Great pasta. It has a lot more substance than American supermarket pasta. It cooks up thicker and is much more of a meal. Love it.

This cut of pasta is new to us and it is amazing. Great texture, enjoy the shape and holds sauce

Love the flavor. Need to list "al dente" cooking time, somewhere.
