Well rounded, robust, strong

Overall, the flavor notes in the mouth were stronger than aroma. Major flavors were molasses, malt, burnt sugar, olives / alkaline ferment; medium astringency, minimal sourness. Particle size was pleasing, and overall meltability in the mouth was smooth. Bitter, but balanced with right amount of sweetness. Would be great with a strong espresso! Would I buy it again? Maybe. Happy I did? Yes!
