Nice product but rip off amount

The eyeliner is creamy, soft and natural, which I like. BUT I feel ripped off with the amount of product. Basically there is only eye liner in the very tip. No retractable pencil like most brands. So I paid premium prices for only a few weeks worth of eyeliner. The tip squishes into a wide area after a few uses so you only get a wide line on your eyes. I contacted customer service twice and got no response. I will not purchase this again.

Very smooth. . . I like knowing I am using a product that won't harm my body.
