Quality Issue

I’ve wore this style for years. Recently I’ve noticed the quality has gone down. The front starts to kink up a few weeks after wear. The overall thickness is too heavy also. Hoping this style gets a quality review before sending out in the future. It is my preferred look so it is difficult to choose a different style after years of wearing it.
