Wrong color shipped

I ordered a repeat of what I had however, wasnt really happy with it. Since, I chose it. I kept it, then reordered dark brown, still received a lighter color. The order was dark brown, that was not what was received. The style of the wig i would rate 5. I wondered how someone couldn't see it definitely was not a dark brown wig. I have spent thousands on wigs with this company. Customer service is normally great!

The wig style was great but it looked like it was a return. The fibers were dull.
