MAINE LOBSTER CLAW & KNUCKLE MEAT (32oz, RAW, HIGH PRESSURE PROCESSED)

I just opened the box that I received today from prime fish. I haven’t tried anything yet, but can say that I’m kind of disappointed in the size of everything. The scallops, the king scallops? Aren’t really that big and although I do have one package of lobster closet and knuckle meat that are all frozen together. I can’t really tell what’s going on there and then I got a pound of the snow crab legs which seem small and tiny for the $300 I spent. I’m going OK is this it?

We made us some awesome lobster rolls. The meat was so sweet and tender and dripping in butter. After this, my next load was also lobster claw knuckles with 15 additional lobster tails for a family get together. Cooking this makes it so much easier than fighting and doing it all yourself well worth every penny JR
