Seated Arm Curl/Extension DRE8044

I've had this machine for 3 weeks and would rate the bicep portion as excellent and the tricp as very good and the build quality as excellent, this type of machines don't always fit everyone the same so I had two friends do a workout with me we tried every exercise you can do on it and they both were just as impressed as I was with the machine and one of my friends is considering adding one to his gym, customer service was excellent
