Not the same any more

I recently bought my 3rd of this style - first one was shake it out and put it on, with a little trimming up by my hair stylist. The second one I've not worn much as the sides, that I like to style forward, had some curl to it that didn't exist on the first one. I explained that away by the way it had been packed. But alas, the 3rd one came the same way. Additionally, the color is not the same as the first or second, and the texture is different (more flyaway). It's so disappointing but alas, I am in the "have to wear a wig" category and this is the best I've found in 6 years at a reasonable price.
