I took advantage of the deal for early Christmas presents in my family, but I am using one myself. (chuckling) the significant other doesn't let me in the kitchen that often, but I have had a chance to use it a time or two and I am impressed at how well it slices.

Customer service was great shipping was poor due to warehouse issues. Knife was good- great the knife case I felt was poor quality. I used the knife for cutting up a block of meat which worked great
