ONE Lid

I leave 4 stars instead of 5 ONLY because my lid only came with the stainless steel straw. Customer service was great and sent me a new lid, however it only came with the one straw as well. Apparently there's a bad batch with the black lids, so Customer service is sending me a different color, I am trying buttercream, it seems like that color should match most tumblers, hopefully it will.come with both straws. So,.with Customer service being so great, I had to leave 4.stars. I loveeeee the lid, I just cannot use stainless steel, so I tried it and now will wait for my plastic one!! Shout out to Customer service!!!!!

The one lid is fantastic! So much better and cleaner. Good job on this. Mine came without the straws. Contacted customer service and they sent me out two replacements, zero fuss! Shout out to Arky on the FB team, they were awesome and on top of things!

Our family LOVES Frost Buddy. My Carpenter hubby will work all day in the heat, come home, and STILL have ice in his cup! It keeps our little baseball player's water nice and cold during a hot day on the baseball field! Customer service was incredible when I was worried about shipping. They made sure it got to me ASAP. Brock and his team ROCK!
