I couldn't wait to get this setup & start utilizing it! The videos of satisfied users online are what caught my attention - finally something that could help me properly stretch my hips and back. As I assembled it last night, I was happy with the craftsmanship, but something looked slightly off. I finished assembling it & realized the issue. This Corestretch is not what is pictured online on the website, any of the user videos and not what is even pictured in my order confirmation and my delivery confirmation. The unit I received matches nothing on website pics or videos. I am seeking to return the full product as there is no way to properly utilize the Corestretch to the abilities described and promised with it being flush to the floor. This is a bait &switch.
