First off, the customer service at Deer Run is top tier. The box this comes in is roughly 50lbs and easy to maneuver around. The parts are very well packed and protected. Assembly took me roughly 35 minutes from unpacking to riding. Its a very solid piece of equipment once its together! I am 6'1" 200lbs and its very comfortable! Very happy with my purchase!

Amazing bike

I’ve used commercial gym bikes all my life and this is a fantastic option for the home. PitPat is really fun and engaging. The info display is bright and looks amazing. Great bike for the price

Great purchase

Just got and set up my bike. Super excited to start this journey and have the option available at home. I am sadly a little disappointed that the app does not connect or transfer health info to the Apple heath app or Strava so 4 star review for that.
