Hello Kitty Owala exclusive 32oz

This clearly states its a 32oz and we receive 24oz instead and it takes 5 months to get with constant emailing.

I purchased on June 7. 2026 and still didn't received it yet. It was suppose to arrive June 24-26 Poor customer service.

First time using the Owala cup and the cover was defective. It malfunctioned. The spring kept popping out so that I could not close it. I have several Owala cups and have not had this issue. Customer service is very slow to respond. I sent an email and they asked for a picture. I’ve sent them the pictures and have not heard back. Save your money instead of buying this product.
