Not 30 servings
These are random size chunk pieces and there are not 30. It's hard to cut the chunks without a lot of waste from cacao dust and little pieces that melt before you can scoop them back into the bag.

First Time
This was my first time using ceremonial cacao in general regardless of the brand and it was a very pleasant experience! I tried it both with milk, regular pasteurized homongenized both whole and 2 percent reduced fat and with whole low-pasteurized non-homongenized milk, and with water as it was used traditionally. For sure I believe it was best with milk, but if you don't have milk then water is absolutely fine. Bitterness wise it really was not that strong for me it definitely got more noticeable when used with water, but still did not feel the need to add another suger or honey to sweeten it. I have been eating 100 percent dark chocolate and using cocoa nibs and cocoa powder a lot before using this so I may have caused my taste buds to become more tolerant to the bitterness of cacao products. Texture: it definitely is a lot thicker than the standarad hot chocolate I use from Walmart as well as creamier and it felt like it was just coating the entire inside of my mouth but in a very pleasant relaxing way. I was expecting it to be very gritty from the bits that did not fully melt, but I did not notice very much of it and what little gritty pieces I did notice were not a problem for me. Making it: I do have to say that you definitely CANNOT cut up the cacao junks with a spoon. These chunks are much too thick for that and I needed to use a dull butter knife to cut them up into tablespoon servings. The actual process of heating and making the ceremonial cacao was very satisfying and I enjoy it immensely whenever I decide to indulge in this delicious drink. The smell of cacao filling the kitchen as I melt the chunk pieces is just absolutely HEAVENLY! Very fitting desciption for Theobromine aka "Food of the Gods". Tasting Notes: I will say my palette isn't quite skilled and experienced enough to detect the other flavors this particulary "Peruvian" variant of this product is said to have, but hopefully with further use I will be able to taste the more subtle notes beneath the delicious cacao base that is already there. Overall: I loved this product and I will be purchasing more in the future! I haven't paid attention to notice if the advertised benefits are indeed working, but I do definitely feel a boost of energy not too long after having a cup. So if nothing else there is a energy boost you get from this and if the other benefits are minimal at best then that's better than NOT have those other benefits at all.

Good product, customer service not great
I have been a longtime customer with Koracoa now and although I enjoy the product, I have not had a great experience with customer service. I have found myself having to write them multiple times for promotions not as advertised. I have ordered when there has been a free gift with purchase but two to three times I did not receive any. The first time I thought to myself I must have done something wrong but when it happens multiple times, I start to question. I have written customer service and although I get apologies, I do not receive satisfactory resolution. It doesn’t seem like the person answering is aware of promotions or does a thorough review of orders. I am disappointed because I have been a very loyal customer. I most recently signed up for a subscription because the promotion alluded to free shipping with all subscription orders. I assumed this meant all future orders under the subscription as well but came to find out this was not the case. I recommend being more transparent with promotional wording.
