Into the Heart has changed my life in profound ways and I'm incredibly grateful for all that has opened up for me since beginning this self-directed course. From cultivating a daily ritual with cacao to engaging in / leading my own ceremonies (all of which were lovingly designed by Moses to allow us to tap into the effects of different settings and modalities), I've noticed so much magic, expansion and metamorphosis just in 2024 alone. Depending on how much energy you invest into this course, you will receive exactly what you need from the medicine of cacao. For me, it touched many areas of life and I feel so full and excited for what the future holds as this newfound version of myself finally feels rooted in unity and heart consciousness. I can't recommend this course enough - regardless of where you are with cacao, this journey will evolve you in ways you can't even imagine and you'll also have fun and indulge the senses along the way. Moses creates a beautiful, easy-to-follow container in which to explore your emotional edges, your gifts and your intuition through the sacred vessel of ceremonial cacao.

I would appreciate a bit more time . I am almost finished. My son had surgery and set my time frame back a few weeks. I will be facilitating my group ceremony this evening. This has been am extremely wonderful process. I am always a bit hesitant of online and self paced courses. The content is amazing, well thought out and planned. I had been drinking ceremonial cacao almost daily for about a year before I embarked upon the Into the Heart training. This training has not only deepened my relationship with cacao, but it has also given me a better framework for understanding this beautiful plant medicine. Since becoming more intentional with how I ingest cacao, I have become more cognizant of the gentle support it offers as well as its expansiveness. Through subtle shifts over time, I have found myself more deeply in the flow of the moment and the universe. I sing to my cacao as I prepare it and use it for a moment of pause, reflection, prayer, and divination before continuing with my day.
