i'm new to ceremonial cacao. i purchased the starter package with the 5 lb bag and the frother, and i'm so glad i did! i look forward to this every day. no sweetener is needed (for me at least), this is amazing even with hot water and nothing else. somehow it is energizing and calming at the same time. i drink this in the afternoon instead of another cup of coffee - and it's perfect! so glad i took the plunge and purchased this :) the frother is really nice too!
