The new 5lb bag arrived safe and sound. Although even with the ice pack it still arrived with a few meted chunks but overall the flakes were intact. Shipping anything to Phoenix in the summer time are subject to the laws of thermodynamics. I quit coffee over 1 yr ago and replaced my morning beverage with raw cacao and I'm addicted! I use almond and coconut unsweetened milk with mine. The taste is great and I will continue to order this product.

Better than coffee

I needed to break the coffee routine and yet still wanted something warm in the mornings. This is so much better tasting than coffee, and doesn’t upset my stomach or cause me to have an energy crash.
