Perfect 2nd part wheat for my sourdough!☺️
Just shipment takes 12 days to Germany. That too long for the asked shipping costs, I think. But the wheat is amazing! 😍

Very nice flour
I’m really positively excited by this red wheat flour. It makes a good sourdough bread. I used it in a challah too. It rose nicely and has a very nice taste.
