The bannetons look nice. Consumer service not great!

The bannetons look nice and feel nice. Rather the customer service is absent and the delivery was so late (nearly one month later) in the damaged package. No responses either by mail, instagram, facebook. Shame because you guys seem cool and to sell good products!
