You take too long to ship

I wont be using you again. You tool a long time to ship. I had to order from another place and they arrived within 2 days. You took 2 weeks

The one I have on now stopped 4 days before it should have. It stopped working last night but since I had it put on a week ago Wednesday it should have lasted until this Thursday. Previous ones I've used also sent me notice via the app that I had 12 hours left. BTW, it is still intact and nothing happened to loosen it!
