Rolloy Ultra Compact Master Rollator Walker

Too heavy for easy use. Is for my husband who has balance issues. He almost fell trying to get it to lock - it did not easily lock. I have no physical issues and had difficulty with it locking into place. I was also concerned about the unlocking tabs - they looked very easy to accidentally bump and release the seat. The rollator is sitting unused. It is best suited to be used in a nursing home where it could be left deployed and does not need to be stored away. it was very sturdy and the lack of functionality was very disappointing

The Rolloy is smooth operating. It is easy to use. The fact that it came assembled was a definite plus. Adding the accessories was a snap with clear directions. Customer support is responsive.

Haven't had a chance to use it thus far, but think it's going to be great. A little disappointed with an accessory, a phone and cup holder, I bought, but can't see a good way to attach it to the walker (came with no directions/instructions).
