Excellent chair and excellent service

I purchased my IQ8000 over a year ago. The chair has performed very well moving My heavy frame around with no problems. I recieve many compliments on how nice The chair looks and even though it's not the lightest Chair on the market, my wife seemed to be able to figure out an easy way to load and unload it From our SUV. Recently, I requested info on a spare battery for times that I may be away from a receptacle for extended periods of time. Eric was quick to respond with information and a timeframe that worked for my needs. He got the ball rolling right away and I had the new battery delivered quicker then I expected. My only regret is, I wish I had went for the 9000 just so I could recline and take some pressure off My spine at times when I'm uncomfortable from sitting in the chair for extended periods of time.
