Refreshing change

I started drinking this tea to aid my metabolism as it has well-known dietetic properties. I was a bit dubious to start with but gave it a chance and I am not disappointed - so much so I have bought a second pack. I use a teapot with a diffuser and leave it stand for a minimum of 5 minutes to get a stronger flavour. I choose not to add milk or sugar but it is a personal choice - you can add it if you wish.
