India Monsoon Malabar

Rich, dark and unapologetically bold, Mill Bank’s Indian Monsoon Malabar AA is my signature coffee, and for good reason. It pulls a thick, velvety cup with cedar, cocoa, a faint leathery tobacco edge, and a bold smoky finish from the French dark roast that lingers long after. Very low acid and unrivalled whether you’re pulling it as an old school deep espresso, steaming it into a cappuccino, or letting it breathe through a filter. It’s the rare coffee that holds its character across every brew method. Exquisite!
