The Strings Are Good, The Clasps Are Okay

The string options work well, but one of the clasps is already popping open during play. There is no visible damage to the clasp, so I’m not sure why it’s happening.

We ordered 2 Forever Sticks and our cats LOVE them. However, one of the strings broke not long after we purchased it. We messaged the company and the founder - Anton - reached out almost immediately and offered to replace the string with a new pack of 3. He sent them immediately & covered the shipping. In the messages we exchanged he was incredibly understanding and friendly. We've reattached the string and the Forever Stick is back in action!
