Felt Outer Wheel Pads

Some sharp edges

It can squeak at lower speeds, but for the price this wheel was everything I hoped for. I sometimes spin the wheel with my hands from the rails, to remind my cat to use the wheel. Just be careful. There are many shape edges.

A Nice Addition

I really like how these look and that they dampen the sound of the (already pretty quiet) wheel even more. Pretty easy to put on once you get the hang of it!

Easy to Install, but feel like they are more for looks

I ordered the outer wheel pads alongside the cat wheel, and they were very easy to install between the borders on the outside of the wheel. I would highly recommend making sure you have pressed these fully into place once you have them in place, as we have had 2 instances of a pad flopping out of place while one of our cats is running on the wheel (unknown if it has been the same pad both times). I feel that while these pads do help clean up the rough look on the outside of the wheel and may provide some protection curious cats investigating the outside of the wheel, I wish they provided a little more coverage over the plastic edges.
