Wish I knew there were no refunds, only store credit less $10 for processing. Got this for a long drive while I move for my large cat. He immediately escaped - zippers are too easy to push open, and concerned about the bubble window feature as it seems a moderate amount of force can pop it out.

I love the brand, the quality and fast delivery. This is the second bag. For the second cat. I bought the first one for the first cast because he was growing out of carriers and finally found his fit. Since the second cat is still growing we as cat parents found a great quality brand and stuck with it.
