Perfect for someone who hates working out, has gym anxiety, and is getting back into weightlifting. I love how it reduces the burden of creating a well-rounded workout plan, is not a subscription, flexible, and built on function before aesthetics. If you go according to the schedule, it takes about 3 hours out of your week to complete which is quite minimal compared to other plans such as Pen & Paper. The YouTube videos are near perfect, the app is easy to use, and the PDF is great for workouts when WiFi or data is inaccessible.
My only 3 cons are about circuits, rest periods, and need for equipment. Circuits are hard to complete in a busy gym or if gassed; I noticed that in the Theory of Motion Blueprint PDF it explained that adapting to straight sets is just as good. I would add this advice to the Foundations PDF too. It’s also hard for beginners to understand how much of a rest period they need in between sets and a framework would be great to add. I also wish adaptations were created for when equipment is inaccessible.
The pros majorly outweigh the cons (which can be easily overcome) which is why I gave it 5 stars. Theory of Foundations’ philosophy aligns with mine and truly a star amongst an aesthetics-first culture.

Overall enjoying the workout program so far and the bonus of being able to use it with the app is really helpful since it is so user friendly and intuitive. My only feedback is that the warm ups and cool downs are short. Perhaps it's a preference and based on each individual, but I'd prefer something longer or some more optional exercises, especially for cool down. I often have to supplement on my own.

I purchased Theory of Foundations because I am getting started in personal training and I wanted to be able to share the best information with my clients. Needless to say, my clients are really enjoying working with me and I credit TOF for giving me such high quality advice and information!!!
