I found this pattern a little bit time consuming but it came out lovely.

Make more than one!

So nice I had to make more... Fits both Wellie Wishers and Hearts 4 Hearts so well. Everyone who sees this skirt is amazed at the detail on it. Contrasting fabric, or pretty lace ruffle works equally well.
