I loved the description of this fragrance and I had to get a sample to see just how close they could get to that incredible nostalgic fragrance. At first spray, it is like having a dandelion right under your nose and every happy summer moment surges into my heart and makes me happy! This is followed by a warm buttery softness to the point where I don’t smell it on me but other people do and they like it. I’ve mostly been choosing strange fragrances lately. Challenging fragrances. But this is an easy choice. I want a whole bottle as soon as I can possibly afford it! I want to feel that glow of happiness, laying in the grass and smelling a dandelion. Just a note- I’m from New York and there we played it with buttercups but I don’t recall butter cups having any fragrance at all, but the petals looked buttery.

It’s everything I hoped it would be! I don’t get any butter at all which makes me a little sad but I’m thinking in the warmer weather those facets might emerge. Regardless, it’s truly a masterpiece. I collect photorealistic fragrances and this is the perfect addition to my collection for the spring. It’s the Philosykos of the north east rather than the Mediterranean. Perfect.
