Peruvian Varietal

I can only comment on the Peruvian Varietal since I tend to only buy dark chocolate ganache bon bons of which I have tried somewhere around 45. Ragged Coast is a definite winner and is in my top 5. Proportion of ganache to shell or couverture is perfect; mouthfeel is just right; overall taste/appeal (obviously very subjective) is extremely superior with just the right amount of sweetness and distinctiveness one would want from a bon bon. Thank you Kate for your passion regarding your truffles/bon bons/chocolates. It is much appreciated and acknowledged. In addition, my daughter, an Art major, loved your beautiful design.

delicious little bites of heaven

I used to order all my chocolates from Laderach of Switzerland. Lately, the chocolate and mouthfeel is not the same. I read about Rugged Coast in the New York Times and decided to give them a try. Well, it looks like I found my new chocolatier. Perfectly crafted.
