Great Customer SErvice
I sent my daughter some flowers and for some reason, FedEx sent it to the southeast, from the northwest to get to Colorado! They were late, and did not look good on arrival. I contacted customer service who said they would refund the whole thing including shipping! I sent her flowers again through UrbanStems and she received them on time AND they were gorgeous.
