Smoked Salmon Tins, Copper River Sockeye

The smoked salmon in these tins is so moist and delicious! I love the convenience of popping one open for an appetizer tray, tossing into a salad or putting some on avocado toast for a quick and tasty meal. Love how the tins are packaged too. They would be perfect to tuck into a gift basket or as a thoughtful hostess gift. I’ll be back for more!

Smoked Copper River Salmon

My first experience with smoked salmon was in a small town called Murphy, North Carolina. I was in a band and we just rolled into town and found this little store that sold fresh local seafood( lakes and streams?). They had large slabs of smoked salmon. I bought a big slab of smoked salmon and it was glorious. This smoked Copper River Salmon reminds of that first experience, every time. Amazing and consistent quality!
