I have little experience with Ceylon Cinnamon

Most cinnamon I've ever eaten was Cinnamon Cassia. Ceylon Cinnamon is definitely different: smell and taste. Healthworks brand is the first one I tried and I have no opinion on whether or not this brand is better or worse than any other. I do like the fact that it's organic and raw.
