Wonderful product!
I love cacao butter for making my raw vegan snacks, such as fudge and protein bars. It makes for a nice smooth texture as well as helps keep the product more firm and "shelf stable". This package came with thin slices of "bark" rather than chunks, which makes for easier melting with hot tap water.
