Incredible Craftsmanship

I am a professional chef. This pan exceeds all expectations. The rapid evaporation is real; be mindful. This pan is exquisitely crafted. It feels amazing in the hand. Light weight is an understatement. I’m seriously thinking about changing over to using only Vermicular.

Good for Steak and Chicken

I find that out of the box, the sear was great for steak and chicken. However, I followed directions for eggs and it still sticks. I am told I'm not using enough butter/oil but it's not worth the extra calories for this purpose. Will stick with non toxic ceramic non stick for eggs (works perfectly and use this for meats.

I’ve been using the 26cm deep frying pan, and it’s truly different from regular pans. Once you get the hang of how to handle it, you can cook dishes that taste like they’re from a restaurant! It’s perfect for grilling meat and stir-frying vegetables, bringing out the natural flavors of the food. I loved it so much that I also got the egg pan.
